Servings: 2
Ingredients:
- A few dried roses ~1 tbsp
- 3 cups of soy milk (my personal preference. For creamier, I’d do coconut milk)
- 2 teaspoons of Longevity Mushroom elixir 🍄
- 2 tsp of maple syrup (adjust if you want it sweeter)
- 1/4 cup of hot water for each cup
- A shot of expresso or 4 oz of coffee or dandy blend if you’re working coffee out of your diet 🌼🌼🌼
- A milk frother or whisk
- Handful of ice cubes
Directions:
1. If you have time, overnight steep your rose petals in your 3 cups of milk. Cover and keep overnight in the fridge.
2. Add dried roses to milk in a pot, then add Longevity Mushroom elixir powder and maple syrup. Turn in stove and bring to a short boil. Turn off stove and let it sit for a few minutes while you get your coffee ready.
3. Prepare your expresso or coffee, then split by pouring into two glasses.
4. Strain out the roses from milk and then transfer your warm rose milk into a pouring cup or a bowl and froth for 20 seconds.
5. Pour rose milk into your 2 glasses until they’re 3/4 of the way full.
6. Fill the rest of each glass with ice.
7. Garnish with cocoa powder or rose petals and enjoy right away! 🤍🍄
